The Recruitment Process is a combination of three crucial elements.

- Understanding the requirement from a business and technical

perspective is the initial stage of the process.

- Identifying the best possible fitting candidate for the role through

Stringent search analysis. This involves a search and selection

Process where by we screen the candidates thoroughly by means of

technical and personal qualifications before we finally present to our

Client the very best fitting candidates for the role.

- Our client with the recommendations of our consultant makes

interview selection. Interviews are arranged onsite with our client or

at our office depending on the preference of the client.
