Do you work with businesses that don't have Salesforce yet?

Absolutely. Roughly a third of our engagements are greenfield implementations. We'll help you decide which Salesforce edition is right, get licences at the best price, and stand the org up from scratch.

What size of company is Kinetik a good fit for?

Our sweet spot is UK businesses with 20–200 employees. Smaller than that and Salesforce may be overkill. Larger and you may be better served by a bigger consultancy — we'll tell you honestly if that's the case.

How do you price engagements?

Wherever possible, fixed-scope and fixed-price. For ongoing work we offer managed-service retainers. For exploratory or time-and-materials work, transparent day rates agreed up front. No change-order games.

Can you work with our existing Salesforce partner / in-house admin?

Yes — we collaborate easily with in-house admins and other partners. If you already have someone capable, we often act as a specialist second pair of hands rather than replacing them.

Where are you based and do you travel?

UK-based. Most of our work is delivered remotely, but we visit clients regularly for discovery workshops, go-lives and training. No travel charges for UK engagements.
